All prices are quoted in Swedish Krona (SEK) including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total amount, including all taxes, shipping costs and payment methods. Payment is made by our partner Collector Bank, which guarantees that each purchase will be secure, and your card details will be protected. We offer payment by invoice as well as card payment with VISA or Mastercard.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At the moment we only deliver within Sweden. To see if our products are available in your country, please see our list of resellers. When you place your order, choose from available shipping options at checkout. For orders over 49 kr, we always offer at least one free shipping option within Sweden. Delivery is made with following shipping companies: Delivered directly to your mailbox or nearest delivery point, 1-2 business days
Delivered to nearest DHL agent, 1-2 business days (3-4 business days for distant locations)Please note that in addition to the delivery times specified above, the time of processing is added to our ware-house by 1-2 business days. If you wish to receive notification via SMS when your package has arrived at your place of delivery, enter your mobile number at the checkout page.

Brilliant Smile Sweden does not engage in, or contribute to, sending SPAM. As our customer, you may receive e-mails related to your order, payment or other communication initiated by you. That may include information, newsletters or offers pertaining to our customer relationship. Third party email messages, items or services that are not directly related to our business, will not occur. Force majeure, a legal term for excusable breach of contract, occurs when external circumstances substantially prevent fulfillment of an obligation under an agreement. For example, war, natural disasters, state intervention, strikes, prohibitioon, personell illness etc., which could not reasonably been forseen when the agreement was concluded, and which could not easily have been avoided or overcome. Force majeure applies to both Brilliant Smile Sweden and its subcontractors. Unless the period of force majeure is of temporary nature, you, as well as Brilliant Smile Sweden, have the right to cancel the purchase agreement by contacting our customer service.
Brilliant Smile Sweden cannot be held liable for any typos or errors, and reserves the right to make changes to the website without further notice. Brilliant Smile Sweden reserves the right to refuse an order and any false orders or other fraudulent inquiries will be reported to the police. Brilliant Smile Sweden does not enter into agreements with non-authorized persons (under 18 years).
