Secure payments & delivery within Sweden
Price & payment
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping, and payment methods. Payment is made through our partner Collector bank, which guarantees that every purchase will be secure and that your card details are protected. We offer payment by invoice as well as card payment with VISA or Mastercard.
Shipping & delivery
Currently, we only deliver within Sweden. To see if our products are available in your country, see our retailers. When placing your order, you choose from the available shipping methods at checkout. We always offer at least one free shipping option within Sweden. We deliver with:
DHL - Delivered to the nearest DHL agent, 3-5 business days (3-8 business days for remote areas)
Please note that in addition to the delivery times stated here in the terms, the handling time at our warehouse is 1-2 days.
If you wish to receive a notification via SMS when your package has arrived at your collection point, please provide your mobile number at checkout.
Security & privacy
To shop with Brilliant Smile Sweden, you are required to provide personal information for payment and delivery. By making a purchase, you agree that this information is stored in accordance with Brilliant Smile Sweden's privacy policy to fulfill our agreement with you as a customer. Brilliant Smile Sweden is legally obliged to keep this information stored and protected from anyone else. More detailed information is available on our Privacy Policy page.
Newsletter
Brilliant Smile Sweden does not contribute to sending so-called SPAM. As our customer, you may receive emails regarding your order, payment, or other communication you initiated, as well as information, newsletters, or offers related to our customer relationship. Emails from third parties or concerning goods or services not directly related to our business do not occur. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe via a link in the email or update your profile settings on "My Page".
Force majeure
Force majeure, a legal term for excusable breach of contract, occurs when external circumstances substantially prevent the performance of an obligation under the contract. This can include, for example, war, natural disasters, government intervention, strikes, prohibitions, staff illness, etc., which could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was concluded and which could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome. This applies to both Brilliant Smile Sweden and its subcontractors. If the period of force majeure is not of a temporary nature, you, like Brilliant Smile Sweden, have the right to cancel the purchase agreement by contacting our customer service.
Cookies
When you use brilliantsmile.se and brilliantsmile.com, you agree that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer that tells us about your username with us and whether you are a new or returning visitor to the store. There are two different types of cookies, one that is stored permanently on your computer and a so-called session cookie. The latter is not stored on your computer but disappears when you close your browser. Your browser must accept cookies, otherwise, you will not be able to place any items in your shopping cart. Brilliant Smile Sweden reserves the right to refuse an order, and any false orders or other attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. Brilliant Smile Sweden does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age).
