An item is missing in my delivery

Even though when we work hard to make sure your order arrives as safe and fast as possible, unfortunately errors may occur sometimes. If an item is missing in your delivery, please contact us directly and we will take care of it as soon as possible. A written complaint must be received no later than three days upon receipt of the delivery. Note that you must save the original packaging for possible further assessment.
 

I have received the wrong product

If you received the wrong product in your delivery, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of your order. Please check your package as you receive it to verify that everything is delivered correctly. If we receive the complaint more than 14 days after delivery, Brilliant Smile Sweden has the right to refuse return, replacement or cancellation of the purchase. Brilliant Smile Sweden is responsible for all shipping charges if we sent the wrong item to you.
 

Complaints of product defects

Please contact customer service at info@brilliantsmile.se and describe the problem in detail. Complaints of defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, but no later than 3 days after you received the goods.
 
We will investigate the damage and replace the product immediately if we have it in stock , if the item out of stock or has expired we will contact you before handling the issue further. We usually address complaints within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the current workload.
Remember to contact our customer service before sending any items back to us.
 

Refunds

If you change your mind and want a refund, contact our customer service within 14 days upon receipt of the product. The product must be unopened and unused. After establishing that the product is unopened and in mint condition, we will refund your purchase within 7 days. The customer is only responsible for return shipping to us. Brilliant Smile Sweden is not responsible for shipment/delivery to us from the customer.
 
 

Return of opened items

Cancellation rights does not apply if the product is used, damaged, substantially altered , or otherwise modified . Opened and / or used products cannot be returned because of sanitary reasons.
 

Damage in transport

If the box is open or broken upon delivery, please contact the delivery point/service immediately. They will have the appropriate forms to file a claim. Please contact our customer service if you need help and we will do our best to assist you.
 

Cancellation

If you change your mind right after placing the order, please contact customer service immediately. If we have already dispatched the order, you will have to return the package to us. The customer is then responsible for the return shipping. Brilliant Smile Sweden is not responsible for shipment/delivery to us from the customer.
 

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If you changed your mind after we dispatched the order, you are responsible for picking it up and returning it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as unclaimed and charged accordingly.
