General terms

If you are under 18 you must have parental permission to place an order. Facts and prices are given with reservation for any technical or typographical errors. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information given in the order is correct. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police.

Payment options

We provide payment services via Klarna and DIBS. The customer may be offered a variety of payment methods like billing , account credit / down payment , card or bank transfer. No hidden banking, transaction or invoice charges will be added.

Personal and payment details

Brilliant Smile Sweden manages the buyer's personal information in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL) and will never disclose information to third parties. The processing of card details is carried out by our partner Dibs, a PCI certified payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted with the highest safety possible, and Brilliant Smile Sweden never sees the buyer's credit card information.

Shipping & delivery time (domestic only).

Orders received before 13:00 are shipped the same day (weekdays) and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Receipt & order confirmation

When successfully placing an order, you will receive a e-mail serving as a receipt and order confirmation. Once the order is dispatched you will recieve an email telling you that the package has left our warehouse . A printed receipt follows with your delivery. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please make sure the email address was typed correctly, and contact customer service if you need us to send the confirmation manually.

Return policy, claims & cancellations

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. According to Swedish law, the consumer has in some cases the right to withdraw from a purchase by submitting or sending a message within 14 days from the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it.
